D2 Performing Company Creative Photoshoot
We are doing a special creative session for the summer D2 session! We won’t be doing headshots, but we will be doing two setups. A classic one on black with maybe some colored light (haven’t decided), so having some purple on the outfit would be great, and a static photo that they can hold still for a few seconds perfectly while we paint them with light tubes. It will be a lot of fun!
Make sure to order an add-on in addition to the session fee.
Contract
Lance’s Studio Photography retains copyright for all photographs. The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Clients. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. The Clients grant Lance’s Studio Photography consent to use the photographs for editorial, competition and advertising purposes. The Clients release Lance’s Studio Photography from all liability and claims in connection with the images.
Guarantee
We strive to create dance photographs that reflect all of your dancer's hard work over the past year. We help to refine every pose and hope you understand if we can’t get every toe pointed. If you are unsatisfied with your photographs, we guarantee to try and make it right for you, negotiating in good faith and offering a fair and reasonable resolution to address your concern(s).
In the event of a refund or reprint, all original photographs must be returned to the photographer before the refund or reprint is issued. Refunds will be issued with the same form of payment originally made and may take up to 30 days to process. The following limitation applies: No refunds will be given if issues are deemed to have been directly or indirectly and/or fully or partially caused by any circumstance, situation or condition out of the photographer’s control, i.e. make-up, hair, costume, lateness.
Unclaimed printed photographs will be disposed of after 3 months, replacement prints may be ordered from the website.
